XGP型全自动工业洗水机适用于各种棉织、牛仔、梭织、针织、化纤等衣物的洗涤、洗水酵洗、染色的必不可小的洗染设备。

XGP Series Automatic Industrial Washing Machine is essential washing equipments for all kings of cotton fabrics,jeans,linen and blended fabric to wash.

性能特点：

Main Feature

1、配备可编程程序控制器，采用触摸屏和PLC控制。

Equipped with touch screen and PLC

2、产品采用三级皮带传动，增大传动比，减轻电机工作负荷。

Belt transmission、raising transmission ratio、reducing motor’s load

3、滚筒可定时正、反转向。

Inner drum can be rotated forward direction and reverse direction automatically during the setting time

4、气动控制直接加热蒸气系统或电磁阀控制直接加热蒸气系统。

Equipped with pneumatic steam valve or solenoid steam valve controlling steam heating system

5、定量加水系统。

Equipped with pneumatic water valve and water folw meter.

6、气动排水控制系统。

Pneumatic water draining system.

7、气动刹车系统，停机后内门对外门自动控制。

Pneumatic braking system.

8、采用无极调速变频器控制（8-38rpm）和接触器控制双系统

Inverter for stepless speed control,speed range:-8-36rpm and contactor control.
